The Relationship Between Leaders And Followers On...
I/ Summary In this modern era, leadership plays an important role in an organization. A leader can lead the organization to success or sabotage the organization. Good leaders back in the day mostly required to be skillful with his or her job, charismatic, and able to achieve the organizationââ¬â¢s goal. Nowadays, good leaders not only need to be able to do their job precisely, but they should be able to inspire the employees to help achieve the organizationââ¬â¢s goal. ââ¬Å"Soft skillâ⬠is very important to leader in this century. The leaders need to be able to relate to their employees in order to earn their respect and trust. Throughout this paper, the relationship between leaders and followers will be discussed bases on communication, teamwork and diversity. I was fortunate enough to be able to work at a place with great management. Using the knowledge from my research and my experience, the role of leadership will be demonstrated as following.
